We act as a strategic umbrella for a range of community-led initiatives, supporting ideas and projects that help people feel less isolated and more connected to one another. Through collaboration, creativity and care, we work to improve health and wellbeing, build confidence, nurture friendships and open up opportunities for people to learn, grow and feel valued. We are a Community Interest Company not for profit.
